Keziah Duguid is an emerging artist based on Gadigal and Wangal land. Since graduating from Sydney College of the Arts, her practice has been focused on glass blowing, exploring the emotive qualities of the material, as it exists between molten and solid states. Through abstract glass vessels reminiscent of vases, flowers and germinating seeds, she reflects on gestures of care, desire, and the challenges and creativity to be found within queer relationships and community. Their practice extends across mediums, including ceramics and cyanotype prints, where they consider personal narratives, and sentimentality and emotion within objects, processes and materiality. Keziah has previously exhibited in Sydney, Melbourne, Hobart and Tokyo.
